Absolutely! We even provide various photo ops so you can take your own memories home with you. Stopping Santa during his walkabout sessions to pose for private photos is not permitted nor is taking your own photos in Santa’s scene. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information.
Many areas accept major credit cards but many do not so please bring some cash with you. There are ATM’s inside that can provide instant cash (subject to a working debit card of course!).
Sorry, none of the above. Animals are not allowed unless they are assisting with their human owners!
Tradex caters very well to people with disabilities. There are plenty of easy to reach washrooms and all areas, including the eating areas, are wheelchair accessible.
Sorry, no food or drink from outside is allowed into Tradex. There will be snacks available inside Tradex but if you have any special requirements please let us know and we will look at the options for you.
The visit time is entirely up to you. We suggest allowing a couple of hours – but we’ve seen a lot of people stay a LOT longer than that!
YES! Parking this year is free!
All Tradex and we ask is that you make a small food bank donation at our front entrance – please.
This year we have added numerous attractions AND reduced our entrance price. Most activities are FREE but there will be a few that have a small price tag. These include any rides and some attractions. As usual, photos, food and any vendor purchases will need to be paid for.
As many of our regular visitors already know, each year we change what we do – and this year is no exception! With the huge indoor space offered at Tradex we have once again been able to expand and change our activities.
